**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback as needed
- Assign daily cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring that all dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
- Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience, including working with the front-of-house staff to ensure that tables are properly set and cleaned, and working with the kitchen staff to ensure that all back-of-house areas are clean and well-organized
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns regarding cleanliness, and take appropriate action to address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and duties, as well as inventory levels and orders
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines
- Ensure that all staff members are following proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, as well as safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff, assign tasks, and prioritize workloads
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
