Housekeeping Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking cleaning supplies and amenities
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns regarding cleanliness, and take appropriate action to address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and duties
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Some prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
