The Editor Suite is a multidisciplinary visual design studio that specializes in transforming digital interactions into impactful connections. We are seeking a proactive **Social Media Operator** to help manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.

**About the Role**:
As a **Social Media Operator**, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media accounts. Your role will involve scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring our content aligns with the overall brand strategy. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Scheduling**: Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Monitoring**: Track engagement metrics, respond to comments, and manage direct messages in a timely manner.
- **Consistency Maintenance**: Ensure all content is consistent with The Editor Suite’s brand voice and guidelines.
- **Basic Analytics**: Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Platform Management**: Regularly update and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely execution of posts.
- **Community Interaction**: Engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with followers.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in managing social media accounts or content scheduling is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics platforms.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
