Designation: People and Talent Partner

Location: BKC, Mumbai (Hybrid)

As the People and Talent Partner at Nivoda,you will play a pivotal role as part of our global team People Operation’s while expanding the global team as the company scales. You will contribute to an international team of People & Talent Partners, owning and developing both people and hiring strategies to continue our international growth in your region. Your role is twofold: First you will own projects and initiatives that ensure the smooth running of people operations as well as ensure that employee engagement and satisfaction are at the forefront of what we do (60%). Second you will initiate and execute innovative sourcing strategies and focus on crucial aspects such as employer branding, employee value proposition, and onboarding (40%). Additionally, you will contribute to the development of global policies and programs, leveraging local expertise and legal insights to ensure we scale effectively.

What you’ll do:

- Manage the local People Operations and drive the implementation of the global people strategy in your region
- Build and oversee recruiting strategies aligned with the global business priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for workforce alignment and project implementation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions.
- Guide and develop People & Talent Executive(s) in recruitment activities and people operations.
- Train and coach hiring managers and managers with hiring and people management.
- Take on the recruitment for open positions in the region, including sourcing, managing and delivering interviews.
- Implement process improvements and automation.
- Own various projects (e.g., Employer Branding, Benefits & Wellbeing).
- Contribute to global policies and programs.
- Be the main point of contact for employee queries in your territory.
- Ensure compliance as per local employment laws and company policies.

What you’ll need:

- Experience managing People Operations for a fast-growing business
- Experience in a people first approach to grow a thriving environment for all team members
- Experience handling the end to end recruitment process, preferably in a scale up environment.
- Experience with owning end-to end People related projects
- Experience recruiting globally and across departments, specifically your region
- Experience in B2B SaaS would be a significant advantage
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
- Familiar with HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals
- Experience with multi-channel sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and align your direction with the business’ values and goals
- Great negotiation, influence and coaching skills
- Keen on working autonomously and take initiative to move our team and business forward
- Team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach
