Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Utilize various channels to identify and generate leads for events and marriage management services.
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources.

**Outbound Calls**:Conduct outbound calls to prospects to present our services and discuss their event and marriage management needs.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide relevant information about our services.

**Sales Pitch**:Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique offerings of our event and marriage management services.
Customize presentations based on the specific requirements and preferences of each client.

**Achieving Sales Targets**:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing contracts.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and client preferences.

**Database Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure the timely and efficient handling of client information.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the events or marriage management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
