Events Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Pitch and sell customized event solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event venues and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (event planning, logistics, operations) to ensure successful execution.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to grow the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or a related sector preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for events and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
