**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibility**:
He/She will report to the Country Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations. Collate and interpret the data shared by Center Managers.
- To ensure highest level of service standards & service quality are met during day to day operations at Center.
- Demonstrates appropriate discretion and judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Assist in updating SOPs
- Collate and interpret the data shared by Center mangers
- Follow up with the respective stakeholders
- Monitor Security related issues.
- Managing escalations, incidents, non-compliances, and complaint management with the help of Center Manager and provide effective resolutions.
- MIS (Daily Report, weekly reports), Monthly Business Reviews

**Qualifications, Experience & Education Requirements***:

- Post - graduate/ Graduate in any field with 5-7 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
- Proficient in use of computers - MS Office
- 2-3 years in a supervisory role within Healthcare Operations
- Demonstrated Process Knowledge

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
