Employment Type: Full-time

**Salary**: Rs. 22,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, qualify inbound leads, understand their requirements, and close orders efficiently. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and a structured work schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 200-250 calls daily and achieve at least 70+ connected calls.
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer requirements.
- Provide information about the company's solid blocks and other offerings.
- Follow up with potential customers to close orders.
- Maintain records of calls and interactions in a CRM or database.
- Achieve assigned weekly targets for lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and order closures.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5 days work from home (Wednesday to Sunday).
- 1 day work from the office (Monday).
- Tuesday is a weekly off day.

**Requirements**:

- Atleast 2 years of tlecalling experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet weekly targets.
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

**After Selection**:

- Induction: 1 day of offline training and 1 day of offline work at the office.
- Work Schedule Post-Induction: Monday work from the office, Tuesday off, Wednesday to Sunday work from home.
- Probation Period: A 30-day probation period to evaluate performance and fit.
- Target Compliance: Weekly targets must be achieved to ensure continued employment after the probation period.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
