**Job Title**: Machinery Manager - Mechanical Maintenance (Pharmaceutical Industry)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all mechanical maintenance activities for plant machinery, HVAC systems, and utilities.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance is executed as per schedule to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS departments to maintain GMP compliance.
- Oversee maintenance of key equipment such as granulators, tablet compression machines, coating machines, and packaging lines.
- Monitor and manage a team of technicians and contractors.
- Prepare maintenance reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement plans.
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors and OEMs for machinery support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal SOPs.
- Support engineering projects such as machinery installation and process improvement initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-14 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a **pharmaceutical manufacturing environment**.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with utility systems like compressors, chillers, boilers, and HVAC.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time from **Siddipet**, with daily company transport from **A. S Rao Nagar**.
