**Job Title**: Mechanical Machine Operator & Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary**:
Experienced Mechanical Machine Operator & Maintenance Technician with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical machinery in a GMP-regulated environment. Adept at ensuring smooth production processes, minimizing downtime, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing machines such as tablet presses, capsule filling machines, blister packing machines, granulators, and coating machines.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment on the production floor.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and machine history as per SOP and GMP guidelines.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Perform calibration and alignment of mechanical components as per standard procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP/GLP regulations.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and production teams for machine readiness and validation activities.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
- Participate in audits (internal and external) and provide technical support and documentation when required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance planning and documentation.
- Familiar with GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems (added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
