Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality System Management: Manage and maintain the quality system, including documentation, procedures, and records.
2. Quality Control Testing: Perform chemical and microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
3. Method Validation: Validate and verify analytical methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Stability Studies: Conduct stability studies to determine the shelf-life of products.
5. Deviation Investigation: Investigate deviations and out-of-specification results, and implement corrective actions.
6. Audits and Inspections: Participate in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing, results, and investigations.
8. GMP Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
