Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Siddipet (Plant Location)

Our company is a leading pharmaceutical organization, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA department at our Siddipet plant location.

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing quality systems, and maintaining high-quality standards in our pharmaceutical products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain quality systems, procedures, and standards
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and approve documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and protocols
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including complaints and deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- B.Pharma or M.Pharma degree
- 5-8 years of experience in QA department in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP, USFDA, and EU guidelines
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work at Siddipet plant location

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Knowledge of quality risk management and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
- Certification in quality assurance, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
