- ** Job Location**: Andheri, Mumbai(SEEPZ)
- ** Working Hours**: Rotational Shifts and Weekoffs (6 weekoffs in a month)(Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night and General)

**Requirements**:

- IT Diploma / Degree/ B com
- Good communication Skill
- Should ready to travel all over India
- Ability to Learn
- Good command on Database SQL /Oracle
- Good Analytical Skills

**Job profile**:

- To address customer queries
- To provide the Service to Banks On any place in India.
- Communicate with Client and developers for any new requirement or improvement in the current one.
- Communicate with TLs and Developer.
- To analyze the issue, do the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and come up concrete solutions.
- Daily reporting.
- Monitor Transactions of all the banks and ensure seamless functioning of all the banks.
- Timely and efficient communication within the team and inter-departmental co
- ordination for escalation and resolution of the issue.
- Follow up on the escalation s made and solutions received from development team before deploying it for then clients.
