Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Teacher to join our educational institution. As a Digital Marketing Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the dynamic field of digital marketing. Your role will involve designing and implementing curriculum, facilitating interactive learning experiences, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum for digital marketing courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.

3. Learning Materials: Develop and update learning materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and assignments, to support student learning and understanding of digital marketing concepts.

4. Practical Exercises: Create and facilitate practical exercises, projects, and simulations to provide hands-on experience and develop practical skills in digital marketing techniques and tools.

5. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their growth and development.

6. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate them into the curriculum to ensure students are prepared for the evolving industry landscape.

7. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to students, offering career advice, sharing industry insights, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

8. Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure student success.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members, industry professionals, and experts to enhance the digital marketing program, facilitate guest lectures, and explore opportunities for industry partnerships.

10. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions, to stay updated with advancements in digital marketing and enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or strategic role, and a solid understanding of industry practices and trends.
- Teaching or training experience, preferably in the field of digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver instructional content.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with advancements in digital marketing and incorporating them into the curriculum.
