**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve KPIs.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and visually engaging.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and manage content for the company's website, blog, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing Tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
