In this position, you will ensure smooth end-to-end processes across inventory, order fulfillment, and financial tracking, helping to streamline our operations and boost sales. **Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce Management**
- **Ad Optimization & Sales Growth**: Plan and optimize ad campaigns across e-commerce platforms to boost visibility and drive monthly sales growth.
- **Review Management**: Monitor, respond to, and manage customer reviews to enhance product reputation and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**: Conduct monthly sales performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for improvements.
- **Product Listing & Optimization**: Manage product listings, descriptions, and images across all e-commerce platforms.
- **Pricing & Promotions**: Coordinate competitive pricing strategies and seasonal promotions to maximize sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Track stock levels, order fulfillment, and product restocks, ensuring optimal availability on all platforms.
- **Customer Engagement**: Oversee customer reviews and ratings, resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.

**Logistics Management**
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, and shipping to customers.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with third-party logistics partners, negotiate rates, and track shipments to ensure efficiency.
- **Inventory Planning**: Develop and manage inventory plans to align with demand forecasts and seasonal sales cycles.
- **Returns & Claims**: Handle returns, product exchanges, and claims while adhering to platform-specific requirements.

**Accounting & Finance**
- **Revenue & Expense Tracking**: Record and reconcile e-commerce sales, vendor payments, and shipping costs.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Support monthly budgeting, cost analysis, and sales forecasting efforts.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare detailed financial reports for management to aid in strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, and accounting, preferably in the health or consumer goods sector.

**Skills**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), logistics software, and nice to have experience with accounting tools like Zoho or Tally.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: Proficient in data analysis, with strong Excel skills to analyze sales, inventory, and financial data.
