**Key Responsibilities**:

- Should understand the requirement and job role in depth to conduct effective HR screening interviews and ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
- Assist in Conducting recruitment drives inhouse and campus placement with colleges
- Assist HR Manager in different HR projects as and when required.

**Key Skills required**:

- Should have good proficiency working in MS Excel ( Functions, formulas, formatting) and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines simultaneously.
