**Position Description**
- The position also requires that you coordinate with the team at any time as per work requirement to discuss matters, resolve issues, and implement solutions.
- Experience in customer management, portfolio growth management, work flow optimization which would lead to increase in value and revenues for the organization and intense value driven approach to reach common objectives with the team.
- Managing of territory through sales activities and developing delightful customers is essential.
- Customer delights deliverables which would bring value to Customers, QIAGEN, Team and Self.
- Portfolio management at all levels.
- Customer handling experience in managing accounts at all levels with effective communication.

**Position Requirements**
- Should have strong analytical, problem solving & customer management skills
- Should be willing to learn and pick up information on one own initiative, self-motivated, quick learner and also willing to dissipate and share knowledge
- Self-organized and motivated with the ability to work independently while under guidance from manager.
**Personal Requirements**
- Willingness to travel for more than 70%.
- Team Player.
- Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels in both local language and English.
