Roles and Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Developing Lesson Plans**: Create engaging, structured lesson plans that cover vocabulary, grammar, conversation, and comprehension to meet students' language goals.

2. **Conducting Classes**: Teach German to individuals or groups using interactive techniques, including discussions, role-playing, and multimedia aids.

3. **Assessing Progress**: Regularly evaluate students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and informal assessments, and provide constructive feedback.

4. **Personalized Training**: Adapt lessons based on learners’ proficiency levels, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, and cater to specific needs (e.g., business German, exam preparation).

5. **Maintaining Records**: Document student attendance, progress, and performance to track development over time.

6. **Cultural Insights**: Introduce cultural context to enhance language learning, focusing on cultural norms, idioms, and expressions.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Fluency in German**: Native or near-native proficiency, often with certification such as the Goethe-Institute certifications, or equivalent.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience teaching German, ideally with a background in language education or linguistics.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly explain language concepts and engage with students of varying backgrounds and ages.
- **Adaptability**: Skilled at tailoring lessons to different learning speeds and objectives.
- **Certification**: Often, a teaching certification such as German teaching credential is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
