**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions for diverse groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop tailored training programs and materials that meet the specific needs of learners, ensuring alignment with best practices in language education.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- **Facilitation Skills**: Facilitate discussions, workshops, and group activities that promote language practice, cultural understanding, and collaborative learning.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language training, incorporating innovative techniques into training programs to enhance effectiveness.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and facilitators, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to inform program improvements and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in language training or facilitation, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native proficiency in English, Japanese, French, or German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Certifications**: Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, DELF, JLPT) are highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Proficient in using technology and digital tools for language training.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
