We are seeking an experienced English Language Trainer who can help our agents improve their language proficiency, specifically focusing on accent reduction and removing mother tongue influence. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the overall communication skills of our team members, making them better communicators and better equipped to handle the diverse language challenges they encounter in their roles.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Language Training Sessions: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance the English language proficiency of our team members. These sessions should focus on accent reduction and eliminating mother tongue influence.

Understand ESL Challenges: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by ESL (English as a Second Language) students and tailor training programs to address these specific needs.

Utilize Technology for Instruction: Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and leverage technology to create engaging and interactive language training experiences for our team members.

Develop Engaging Lessons: Design and develop well-structured and engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Address Cultural Variations: Recognize the impact of cultural variations on language usage and communication, and provide insights on navigating these differences effectively.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with our team members, providing individualized feedback and support to help them achieve their language proficiency goals.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field, showcasing your strong foundation in language and education.

Relevant Experience: Have a minimum of three years of experience as a language trainer, preferably with a focus on accent reduction and removing mother tongue influence.

Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage training schedules, resources, and track the progress of individual team members.

Technologically Proficient: Be comfortable using technology to enhance language instruction and deliver online training sessions.

Instructional Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and instructional abilities, adapting your teaching style to suit the needs of different learners.

Innovative Approach: Possess a creative and out-of-the-box thinking mindset to develop comprehensive training programs that yield effective results.

Cultural Awareness: Understand and appreciate cultural variations in language, adapting your training to respect and acknowledge these differences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
