**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Create engaging content that incorporates best practices and innovative training techniques.
- Conduct training sessions either in German ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Facilitate workshops and group discussions to promote collaborative learning.
- Utilize various training methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended learning) to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to support their language acquisition.
- Employ innovative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement and retention.
- Organize and facilitate language workshops and cultural exchange sessions.
- Maintain records of student performance and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Master Trainer, or Facilitator, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
