
Executive Front Office

Greet patients, visitors, and vendors courteously and direct them appropriately.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Maintain proper records of patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer to appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ availability, and visiting hours.
- Coordinate with nursing and medical departments to support patient flow and comfort.
- Collect consultation fees and issue receipts as per hospital protocols.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and hospital records.
- Assist in billing and admission/discharge processes when required.
- Escalate any issues or complaints to the concerned authority promptly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
