**Project Coordinator for industrial**
**electrical projects** who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in
organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans,
schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating
in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a
timely manner.

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on
Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least three (3) years of
relevant experience is required for consideration.

To be successful as a Project Specialist you must have excellent planning skills.
The Project Specialist must also have professional communication skills.

**Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Create and adhere to a timeline for planning events.
- Liaise with clients to gauge their needs.
- Work with staff to accomplish tasks.
- Contact vendors for outsourced services.
- Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects.
- Pitching project ideas and securing approval before each project
commences.
- Outlining the human and material resources required to successfully
complete each project.
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to
specified deadlines.
- Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and
input during the key phase of each project.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work
hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from
meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Developing project strategies.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and
objective.

**Coordinator Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in electrical coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience with project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Recognized Project Management qualification.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
