With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects, weare seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen our Project Management Team.Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator will support the delivery of complex, high-value developments byensuring effective planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination. This role is critical indriving day-to-day project activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely delivery in linewith design and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.Oversee daily site activities and ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines.Maintain strong communication between architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.Manage project documentation including reports, schedules, minutes, and issue logs.Coordinate project meetings with contractors and consultants, capturing and tracking action points.Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.Track and monitor submissions/approvals for drawings, RFIs, materials, and procurement.Monitor execution for compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.Track material deliveries; follow up with vendors to mitigate delays.Manage site logistics and storage long-lead and critical items.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or high-end commercial projects (preferred).Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and AutoCAD.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.What We OfferOpportunity to work on landmark projects with international standards.Collaborative and performance-driven work culture.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Interested candidates may send their CV and cover letter to   with the subject line “Application – Project Coordinator”.
