**Job Summary**

The Student Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and their families

**Key Responsibilities**

**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families to foster trust and encourage enrollment.

**Counseling**: Understand the interests and preferences of students to guide them in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career goals.

**Follow-Up**: Track leads and conduct follow-ups to ensure prospective students have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

**Database Management**: Maintain an organized database of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status.

**Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at achieving enrollment targets.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve services and address any concerns promptly.

**Reporting**: Provide regular updates on lead conversion rates and student feedback to management.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student admissions is an advantage.

**Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
