**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic and Career Guidance**:

- Provide advice and resources for students exploring higher education opportunities, career options, and job placements.
- Help students develop time management, study skills, and exam preparation strategies.
- **Emotional and Psychological Support**:

- Offer one-on-one counselling sessions for students facing personal challenges, stress, anxiety, or mental health issues.
- Provide a safe and confidential space for students to discuss their concerns and feelings.
- Assist students in managing emotional difficulties related to relationships, family issues, peer pressure, and other stressors.
- **Behavioral and Social Development**:

- Help students navigate social challenges, such as bullying, peer relationships, and conflicts.
- Provide guidance on improving communication skills, self-esteem, and conflict resolution.
- Support students in developing positive attitudes and coping strategies.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Identify signs of distress or crisis situations in students and provide immediate support.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school administration to ensure appropriate interventions are in place.
- **Workshops and Group Sessions**:

- Organize workshops and group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, time management, study skills, and emotional well-being.
- Facilitate group discussions and activities that promote personal growth and peer support.
- **Parent and Teacher Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and address any concerns.
- Communicate with parents to discuss their child's emotional and academic well-being, offering advice and resources when necessary.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share insights about students' development and challenges.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions, student progress, and interventions.
- Document observations, referrals, and follow-up actions for each student under your care.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest research in psychology, counseling techniques, and educational trends.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance counselling skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
