**Qualification**

1. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

2. Certification/Licensure in School Counseling (e.g., LPC, LMFT).

3. Proven experience (2+ years) in school counseling or related field.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

**Job Description / Responsibilities**

Counseling Services:
1. Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students.

2. Address academic, personal, social, and emotional concerns.

3. Develop and implement counseling plans for students.

Student Support:
1. Identify and support students with special needs or at-risk behaviors.

2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.

3. Foster a safe and inclusive school environment.

Guidance and Advisory:
1. Develop and deliver guidance programs (e.g., study skills, career exploration).

2. Provide academic advising and course selection support.

3. Organize workshops and seminars on mental health, wellness, and life skills.

Assessment and Referral:
1. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.

2. Refer students to external resources (e.g., therapy, support groups).

3. Maintain records and documentation.

Communication and Collaboration:
1. Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress.

2. Participate in student support teams and meetings.

3. Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., mental health services).

Other Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain counseling resources and materials.

2. Participate in professional development and training.

3. Contribute to school-wide initiatives (e.g., bullying prevention).

1. Experience working with diverse student populations.

2. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and crisis intervention.

3. Familiarity with counseling software and technology.
