**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Assist in identifying the best countries, universities, and programs based on the student's academic interests, career goals, and financial situation.
- Advise on visa processes, documentation requirements, and post-arrival support.
- **Application Process**:

- Review and evaluate students' academic profiles to ensure they meet the criteria for selected institutions.
- **Visa and Immigration Support**:

- Provide guidance on obtaining student visas and other required documentation.
- Ensure students understand and follow the immigration laws of the destination country.
- **Scholarships and Financial Aid**:

- Advise on available scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.
- **Cultural and Pre-departure Preparation**:

- Organize pre-departure orientations to help students prepare for cultural differences and living abroad.
- Offer guidance on adapting to life in a new country, including housing, banking, and travel arrangements.
- **Student Support During Their Studies Abroad**:

- Offer ongoing support for students while they are abroad, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
- Serve as a point of contact for students in case of emergencies or academic difficulties.
- **Building Relationships with Institutions**:

- Maintain strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and educational organizations abroad.
- Stay up-to-date with admission requirements, program offerings, and scholarships of partner institutions.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Promote study abroad programs to prospective students through information sessions, events, and social media.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials to increase awareness of study abroad opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in student counselling, particularly in the context of international education.
- Knowledge of visa processes, immigration policies, and cultural adaptation issues.
- Familiarity with a wide range of study abroad destinations and programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills may be an advantage).

**Skills**:

- Excellent counseling and advisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems.
- Ability to conduct presentations and workshops.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
