**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production & Editing**:

- Shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos, including product demos, promotional content, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to cut, splice, and enhance footage.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage video projects from inception to completion, including planning, shooting, and post-production.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather footage, graphics, and other assets.
- Maintain organised video files and project documentation.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Optimise video content for various platforms, including websites and social media..
- Monitor video performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- **Creative Input**:

- Provide creative input and suggestions for video content and visual storytelling.
- Experiment with different styles and techniques to create engaging and impactful videos.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review final video edits to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks on audio, colour, and visual elements before publishing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Producer, preferably in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of professional video shooting & camera handling.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and video optimization for online platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
