**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from raw footage, using both self-shot and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and social media managers to align videos with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Stay current with social media trends, audio trends, visual styles, and platform best practices.
- Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos) into impactful short clips.
- Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, especially in creating Reels or other vertical video content.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong grasp of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling for short-form content.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Pay: ₹11,349.02 - ₹20,000.00 per month
