We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor at IIM SKILLS, you will be responsible for editing and creating engaging video content for our online courses, promotional materials, and social media platforms. You will work closely with our content creators, marketers, and instructors to ensure that our videos meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for online courses and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with content creators and instructors to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure consistency and continuity in video style and branding.
- Manage video projects from conception to completion, including video shooting, editing, and post-production tasks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an educational or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio of past video editing projects is required for consideration.
