**Job Description**:

- **Design, develop, and execute **test cases **for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.**:

- **Perform **manual and automated testing **of new and existing functionalities.**:

- **Validate business processes across ServiceNow modules like **ITSM, ITOM, HRSD **, etc.**:

- **Utilize ServiceNow’s **Automated Test Framework (ATF) **for developing automated test scripts.**:

- **Conduct **functional, regression, performance, and integration testing **.**:

- **Document and report **test results **and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.**:

- **Ensure compliance with **ServiceNow best practices **for testing and platform maintenance.**:

- **Participate in **Agile **development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow ATF **for automation.**:

- **Strong understanding of **ServiceNow modules **and platform architecture.**:

- **Proficiency in **JavaScript **for writing and executing test scripts.**:

- **Familiarity with **testing tools **such as **Selenium **or **Postman **for API testing.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Experience with **Agile/Scrum **methodologies.
