**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **creative and engaging content** (posts, reels, stories, and videos) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Brainstorm and execute content strategies that **increase engagement and brand awareness**.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the **design and video editing team** to create high-quality visuals and video content.
- Write **captivating captions, scripts, and social media copies** that align with the brand voice.
- Plan and schedule content calendars for seamless posting and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making improvements based on insights and analytics.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **0-2 years of experience** in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategies.
- **Excellent writing skills** for creating engaging captions, scripts, and social media copies.
- Ability to think creatively and produce original, innovative content.
- Familiarity with **content editing tools** like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop is a plus.
- **Experience with influencer marketing** is a bonus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
