**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and high-quality content across various **social media channels**:

- Create compelling visuals (images, videos, GIFs) using design tools and video editing software
- Write engaging captions, stories, and posts that align with brand voice and target audience
- Stay up-to-date on **social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and execute **social media campaigns and strategies** to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor **social media channels**, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Track and analyze **social media performance** using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions)
- Generate reports on **social media activities and campaign results**:

- Manage **social media advertising campaigns** (optional, depending on experience)
- **Community Management**:

- Build and nurture online communities around the brand
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders
- Handle **social media crises and negative feedback** effectively
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align **social media efforts** with overall business goals
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns

**Required Skills**:

- **Proven experience** in **social media management and content creation** (1 year)
- **Strong writing and communication skills**:

- **Proficiency in **social media platforms**:

- **Excellent visual storytelling skills**:

- **Experience with graphic design and video editing tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- **Strong analytical and reporting skills**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:

- **Passion for social media and digital marketing**:

- **Understanding of SEO and **social media best practices**
