**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Social Media Marketing Executive** who can creatively tell stories, drive engagement, and amplify our mission of animal seva. The role involves both **office-based and in-field work**, combining digital marketing expertise with content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **social media strategies** to build awareness of MyKarunaCare’s mission.
- Create **impactful and engaging content** (reels, posts, stories, short videos) focused on animal welfare and seva.
- Handle **video shooting and editing** for campaigns and events.
- Manage scheduling and publishing using social media tools.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to **enhance campaign reach and engagement**.
- Respond to **audience queries, comments, and DMs** across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest **trends in social media and animal welfare awareness campaigns**.

**Required Skills & Tools**
- Proven experience in **social media marketing and management**.
- Strong skills in **video shooting and editing**.
- Familiarity with tools like:

- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
- Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of **SEO and content planning** is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in **social media management**.
- Must own a **2-wheeler** (for field activities).
- Ability to work **onsite from Ahmedabad (New Cloth Market)**.
- Passion for **animal welfare, social impact, and digital innovation**.
