**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our online store.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Manage and grow our social media channels by creating and scheduling regular posts, stories, and updates.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media and content creation, and implement new ideas to drive growth and engagement.
- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and other content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand reach and awareness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, or design industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for stationery, design, and visual storytelling.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month
