**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive online growth.
- **Social Media Management**:Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community.
- **SEO & SEM**:Optimize website content and structure for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, and analyze performance to improve ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- **Lead Generation**:Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various digital channels and marketing automation tools.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Ed Tech or related industry.
- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creativity**:Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing trends and technologies.
- **Project Management**:Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
