We are currently seeking a talented **Digital Marketing Executive** with expertise in **Facebook Ads** to join our growing team.

As a **Digital Marketing Executive** specializing in **Facebook Ads**, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Media Planning**: Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms, including audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**: Conduct audience research and budget planning to maximize campaign efficiency.
- **Ad Creation & Design**: Develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- **Campaign Management**: Set up, manage bids, and monitor daily campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
- **Performance Tracking & Optimization**: Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Audience Targeting & Retargeting**: Develop strategies to reach potential customers and retarget engaged users.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing and Facebook advertising.
- **Search & Display Arbitrage**: Implement strategies to leverage search and display ad networks for additional revenue opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Minimum **6 months** of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on **Facebook Ads**.
- Hands-on experience with **Facebook Ads Manager**, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset to develop ad concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- **Facebook Blueprint certification** is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
