**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Sales**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and propose tailored manufacturing solutions to meet their needs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site visits.
- **Solution Development**: Work closely with clients to assess their manufacturing challenges and requirements, and provide customized solutions that address their specific needs and deliver value.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase sales revenue within the manufacturing sector.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM software to track sales performance, monitor progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and provide valuable insights for product development and improvement.
- Preparing Quotes, Proforma Invoices and Internal processing orders.

**Qualifications**:
- B-Tech, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Previous experience in solution selling or consultative sales approaches.
- Relevant certifications in sales or engineering disciplines.
