**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive**

**Location: [e.g., Rohini, Delhi]**

**Department: Human Resources**

**Experience Required: 2 - 4 years in Talent Acquisition**

**Working Days: 6 Days (Monday-Saturday)**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Understand job requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and offer roll-out.

Use various sourcing methods (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Internal Database, etc.)

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related data and reports.

Collaborate with external vendors if required and manage recruitment drives.

**Key Skills Required**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience in using recruitment tools and job portals

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

Knowledge of recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, joining ratio, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines
