Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Sultanpur,New Delhi.

Reports To:Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed,Shine,Workindia).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience hiring for BPO, Bulk Hiring, FMCG Hiring, Inside sale

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
