Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and building a strong talent pipeline for diverse roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct HR screening rounds to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS/trackers and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience
    in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT hiring).
  • Strong sourcing skills using
    Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
