Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at our Rohini location. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy or related industry is a plus
