
Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales & marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility. This role involves a mix of tasks related to digital marketing, brand building, market research, and campaign management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Marketing**:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and equity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand expansion and differentiation.
**Social Media Marketing**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiments.
**Content Creation**:
- Generate engaging and relevant content for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful message.
**Event Organizing**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and participant registration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign coordination.
**Client Engagement**:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges.
- Proactively engage with clients to maintain regular communication and foster a strong partnership.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely responses.
**Account Management**:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor client usage and satisfaction, ensuring the ongoing success of the client relationship.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within client accounts.
**Communication**:
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and company updates.
- Provide regular status updates on ongoing projects or services.
- Facilitate communication between clients and relevant internal teams.
**Feedback Collection**:
- Gather feedback from clients on products, services, and overall satisfaction.
- Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of company offerings.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
**Salary**: Up to ₹34,740.34 per month
