**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a Parent Relations Executive (PRE) to join our team. The Parent Relation Executive is the initial point of contact and is to connect parents and school with information, resources and people. They must be customer-centric, diplomatic and must be skilled at handling situations amicably.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organizes and conducts events and activities for students with parental involvement and has a deep understanding of the attitudes and concerns of the parents.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team and motivate them.
- Retains problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Provides effective and efficient management of enquiries from prospective parents, making appointments as required and generating paper work for assessments.
- Manages and updates the school’s student information database.
- Provides an efficient and friendly service to all parents, visitors and students.
- Adheres to the school policy regarding confidentiality.
- Maintains open lines of communication to existing parents to ensure their concerns, complaints, and compliments feedback are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other members of the team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA**:

- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must have **at least 3+ years of experience** in a school environment. Should have prior experience working with Parent Relations or a similar administrative role, dealing with parents.
- Must have **fluent and excellent English communication skills.**:
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
