You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

**How you will contribute**

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**What you need to know about this position**:
People Experience Advisor is responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery to the R&D Business Unit, acting as the interface between the business unit on one side and business intimate service and the shared services centre on the other.

The incumbent is responsible for continuously improving the employee experience within the Business Unit, driving and enabling self-service, flagging key BU requirements as well as building strong relationships with BU and PS stakeholders

Operational Delivery:

- Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for R&D BU
- Acts as a key interface between the business unit and shared service centre; promoting self-service, flagging BU requirements to SSC and advising the Business on SSC support
- Support employee Relations service delivery where not supported by Shared Services/ delivered by the People Experience Advisors
- Promotes the HR operating model within the R&D BU and seek the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience

Continuous Improvement:

- Driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with a employee driven culture
- Takes a continuous improvement focus to ensure great employee experience for all employees within a R&D BU as well as more and more efficient service delivery

**Education / Certifications**:Post Graduate Degree/Masters in HRM from reputed institutes

**Job specific requirements**:

- Executing end to end employee life cycle
- Closely working with line managers for new requisitions & coordinating with the TA team through the hiring process
- Partner with Early Careers team to plan Entry Level Talent program in conjunction with business requirement
- Partnering with line managers for onboarding and all the subsequent aspects of the employee cycle
- Critical Responsibility Area - Labour Compliance for the R&D Centre
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading compliance related tasks while coordinating with Compliance Partner, Site Facilities, Central People team including payroll and retirals
- With regards to Compliance, this role will also work closely with ER, Legal & Licensing team
- Experience of having worked in global matrix environment is highly preferable
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across different functions & regions
- Ability to partner with and manage Senior stakeholders
