We are looking for an Associate - Funds Practice to join Serendipity Fund Advisors, based in Mumbai. This role comes with primarily work-from-home options. As an Associate, you will support venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) funds with their financial and operational tasks. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Fund Formation**: Help set up VC and PE funds by preparing documents, structuring the fund, and ensuring all regulatory processes are followed.
- **Fund Administration**: Manage capital drawdowns (money investments), prepare financial statements, and organize fund audits.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the fund complies with local and international regulations.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to improve their financial processes and offer valuable insights.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: You need to be a **Chartered Accountant (CA)**.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **fund administration, compliance, or related areas** (preferably core VC and PE funds).
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. While knowledge of different fund structures globally is a plus, it is not a requirement.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily work-from-home with occasional visits to the office or client locations.
- Flexible working hours and exposure to diverse clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
