Do you have Associate (PE Dealing) experience, and are you seeking a new job in Hyderabad? Apex Group is looking for an Associate (PE Dealing), and the role comes with a favourable salary and the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.

As an Associate (PE Dealing), you will administer any services pursuant to Administration Agreements in respect of the portfolio of Private Equity Funds. Please note this position would suit an individual contributor with a basic understanding of private equity dealing activities and a good understanding of fund setup, investor setup, company setup, contacts, address and bank wire details.

In your first few weeks in this Associate (PE Dealing) role, you can expect to:

- Investigate investor's subscription and redemption documents
- Initiate and maintain tracker for Capital Call transactions
- Perform mail merge activity to send Financial Notices / Statements to the investors
- Perform activities related to Capital Call notices, PCAPs, Distribution letters and K1s
- Ensure adherence to the Legal and Compliance teams while reviewing the wire instructions
- Private equity / Real estate fund administration experience
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Private Equity and Real estate funds
- Experience reviewing subscription documents and other financial statements
- Excellent communication skills and expert in English (verbal and written)
