We advise companies looking to raise early-stage capital while acting as a bridge between the investors and entrepreneurs.
Role Description
This is a role for an Analyst - Investment Banking at Dourado Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assistance in Investor Outreach for existing investment banking mandates, as discussed
· Assistance in outreach and onboarding of new investment banking clients
· Assistance in collateral creation & documentation for deals
· Other investment banking related activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, business, economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking. Prior exposure to early-stage deal-making is a must.
- Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong, existing network within India's VC/PE ecosystem, start-up founders, and related stakeholders.
Skills:
- Analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong research and due diligence capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with founders, investors, and team members.
